Kelso High School Virtual Sports Day 2020 – Wednesday 17th & Thursday 18th June

Normally at this time of year we would be holding our annual Track & Field Sports Day, but due to current circumstances this is not possible.  The PE Department would instead like to offer the chance for our learners, their families and school staff to compete in our Virtual Sports Day.

Using the link or the QR code below you can access a microsoft form with details of the 6 events and how to register your scores.  Just fill in the required fields and press submit!

Hopefully we get as many of you taking part as possible so we can crown either Bowmont, Kale or Teviot House our Virtual Sports Day winners for 2020!

Best of Luck!
The PE Department

School Uniform

A reminder that our KHS uniform is ONLY supplied by FP Uniformz – not by any other company.

Also we have received requests for a size guide. See picture below for this and it will also be added to the uniform section of our website.

TeenCOVIDLifeSurvey – Reminder deadline is Tuesday 30th June.

So far over 2000 young people across Scotland have completed this survey. We want Kelso High School Pupils to have their voices heard! All pupils have been sent a link via their PSE TEAMS to take part in the Teen COVIDLife Survey. You can complete the survey on any device.

Here are two videos of young people talking about why they think the survey is important.

  • Bailey shows how to access the survey and talks about why she wanted to do it:

  • Luke explains that he has had a difficult time during the COVID lockdown

Our message to our young people:

• Use your voice to make sure you are represented. Encourage your friends to be heard too.

• We will amplify your voices to governments. policymakers, Local Authorities and schools.

• You will not be identified as an individual, but your generation will be heard – we’re listening!
